Your travel to get to the hotel. That's it. The hotel, the venue, every meal, transportation during the event, and the experience are on us.

Arrive Monday, September 21 by 5:00 PM. Monday runs on the Live! by Loews Lawn, with arrivals and check-in from 4:00 PM and a 9:00 PM wrap; hotel check-in opens at 4:00 PM. Depart Tuesday, September 22 after the event wraps around 3:00 PM. Airport shuttles run from the stadium until 4:00 PM. If you can only book around it, aim to land by mid-afternoon Monday and fly out after 5:00 PM Tuesday.

No. Your room at Live! by Loews is covered and handled through registration. Just tell us your lodging preferences in the form.

Not on arrival day. Use Uber, Lyft, or a taxi from DFW (about 15 minutes). On Tuesday, we run shuttles from the stadium to the airport for departing attendees, plus shuttles between the hotel and stadium throughout the event.

Yes, at Live! by Loews: valet at $39/night with in-and-out privileges, or self-parking at $29/day in the connected garage. Rates subject to change.

Business casual throughout. And pack athletic clothes and running shoes: flag football on an NFL field is optional, but you didn't come to Dallas to watch.

September in Arlington is warm and sunny. Expect 85–92°F during the day and 68–75°F in the evening. Pack light business casual, athletic wear, sunglasses, and sunscreen. Portions of the event are outdoors.
